What I want to eat if I become rich man
This time's topic is "What I want to eat if I become rich man".
Yurie Yamashita
She talked about "Matsuzaka beef", "Bijinhime" and "Gokann no present box". Bijinhime is very big strawberry.
Her voice was easy to listen.
Yuri Okumura
She talked about "Yamabukiiro no pudding" and "Aguri gelato". Yamabukiiro no pudding is used Aso's jersey milk.
She spoke slowly, so I could understand easily.
Yurina Syukuwa
She talked about "spiny libster", "Taiyou no Tamago" and "GODIVA's chocolate". Taiyou no Tamago is special mango.

Natsumi Matsuda

Home Cooking of the world
・Yuria Hamada
She talked about Thai home cookings. Thai home cookings are used many herbs and spices, and they are very colorful.Because Thailand is very hot. Thai home cookings effect promotion appetite and they are rich in nutritions.
Her voice was loud, so I could hear easily.
・Natsumi Sakai
She talked about American home cookings. they are mixed other countries dishes. Many frozen vegetables are used. And American home cookings are different each regions. In southern regions, fried chicken is famous.
Her speach was detailed and plain.
・Miho Sagata
She talked about Korean home cookings. Famous Korean home cooking is japchae. It is eaten in celebrations. And another famous home cooking is Korean pancake. It is used flour and vegetables.
Her good point was posture.
・Mayu Kawabata
She talked about French home cookings. French food are very luxurious but home cookings are simple. In France, daily products, bread and wine are famous. Famous French home cooking are pot-au-feu, farci and quiche.
She could make eye contact with group members.
・Ai Kawahara
She talked about British home cookings. Famous British home cookings are fish and chips, scotch egg and English muffin. On Sunday, British eat special food with family. It is sunny roast.
Her good point was to show many pictures. I could understand easily.

She talked about Russian home cookings. Famous Russian home cookings are borshch, beaf stroganoff and piroshki. Borshch is soup and piroshki is little pie. Japanese curry bread results from piroshki.

She talked about Spanish home cookings. Famous Spanish home cookings are tortilla, gazpacho and paella. Tortilla is Spanish omelet and gazpacho is cold soup. There are festival of paella in Spain.

Confections
Hikari Takase
She talked about Morinaga confectionery. In 1983, Morinaga started to sell cookies in Japan. And Morinaga spread the custom of Valentine.
Her good point was voice. It was easy to hear.
Mayu Sugimoto
She talked about "galbo". It was started to sell in 1996. We can make galbo in our house easily.
Her good points was eye contact and to show a picture. And she introduced a recipe particularly.
Chika Masuda
She talked about Pokky. From the first Pokky was covered with chocolates all over it. Name of Glico' s products came from onomatopee.
Her good point was to use picture to explain. I could understand visually.
Eri Tajiri
She talked about Pokky and Ezaki Glico. Pokky is sold around the world. In Thailand, for example, chocolate's melting point is high because temperature is high.
Her posture was good and she could make eye contact.
Syuko Toshima
She talked about "Koara no machi" and Toppo. Toppo was started to sell in 1997 and Koara no machi was started to sell in 1984. Nowadays, Koara no machi is sold in America, France, Thailand and so on.
Her good point was speed of speaking.
Saki Yatsunami
She talked about Calbee. Calbee sells many confections which are made of potatoes. And it studies about potato. Calbee's products are sold around the world.
Her good point was eye contact.
Ayame Shirakawa
She talked about rice cracker. Rice cracker is a traditional Japanese confection. It has many taste, for exampe, salty and soy sause.
Her good point was loud voice.
I talked about gummy candy. It is my favorite confection.
It was interesting to hear about members' favorite confections. And I was surprised to kow that Japanese confections are sold and loved around the world.

Ikumi Hadano : Thai dainties
Thailand's dainties were soup of red ants, deep-fried caterpillar, and crocodile's meat.
She spoke slowly, so it was easy to hear.

The place of origin of durian is Malaysia. It is called the king of fruits, but it stinks.
She examined about durian very minutely. Her speech's substance was wonderful.
Ayano Jukurogi : Chinese dainties
Chinese dainties were swallow's nest, bear's hand, bird's leg and starfish.
Her good points were eye contact and gesture.

She spoke about Cambodian dainty "deep-fried spider". She spoke the recipe, too.
Her voice was big, so I could hear easily.
Mizuho Sakaguchi : Australian dainties
Australian dainties were kangaroo's jerky, crocodile's jerky and honey ants.
She made use of pictures and gesture to explain about them. It was funny.
Rika Sasaki : Itarian dainties
American dainties were tuna's uncured ham, smoked tuna and maggot cheese.
Her good points were voice, speed and posture. And her speech was plain.
Shiho Arima : Japanese dainties
Japanese dainties were urchin, dried mullet roe and salted entrails of trepang.
She spoke about them with showing a picture. It was plain.
I spoke about French dainties. They were foie gras, truffle, caviar, escargot and gibier.

Food Cultures
・Korean food:Chika Masuda
Korean food is used many red peppers so they are very hot. But there are food which look like Japanese food, too.Korean use chopsticks and spoon to eat. They must not raise their dishes when they eat food.
Her speech was methodical, so it was easy to understand. And there were meal's manner subjects not only food culture stoly.
・Italian food:Yui Matsumoto
In Italy, there are many kind of pasta. And Italian food custom is gorgeous. Italian like coffee, so they drink coffee before and after dinner. Italian hold party on weekend.
Her speech was particular about a meal custom of day of Italian. It was interesting.
・Japanese food:Shiho Arima
Traditional Japanese food is composed of fishes and vegetables mainly. Famous Japanese food is Syoujin food. It's made by Bddhists.
It was good to focus on Shoujin food because It's famous for foreigners now.
・Japanese food:Momoko Nakashioya
She spoke about the Local supply and local consumption. It's good for local agriculture and stockbreeding. And it's good for environment,too.
It was good to make use of content which we studied.
・American food:Sumire Yamamoto
American food are used many oils and sugars. So American food is not good for health. In America, there are many fat people.
Her performance was great. I took in her speach.
・Chinese food:Saki Konomi
Chinese food is different according to regions. Shisen food is used many spices to prevent the rot because Shisen is humid.
She used pictures, so it was easy to understand.
・Indian food:Eri Tajiri
She spoke about Indian food. Curry is most famous food of India. Indian eat curry with a bread it's called Nan.
She could make eye contact.
